Coal Enrichment Systems
Dry Enrichment Systems
Dry Enrichment Systems

 ADVANTAGES

1. Very low investment cost, waterless operation, simple flow scheme, very little equipment requirement, no smoldering problem, no watery waste problem, etc.
2. The total investment cost is about one-third of the cost of the heavy-duty lava flow.
3. Applicable to different minerals.
4. Low operation cost. The lowest cost system in coal enrichment facilities. (<1 USD / 1 ton)
5. Powder recovery. All the dust can be recovered because no shale is formed.
6. Low moisture coal production.
7. Small space requirement does not require enclosed building.
8. Quick installation and commissioning.
9. Low maintenance cost and simple operation.
10. It is harmless to the environment. Approximately 99.5% of the dust can be recovered.
Heavy Medium (Lavvar) Systems
Heavy Medium (Lavvar) Systems

The coal enrichment plant is working with the principle of separation with the 3 product cyclone, which is the most widely used and accepted as the latest technology.

Cyclone separates clean coal, intermediate product and waste in one go, so the procedure becomes very simple and the total investment amount is considerably reduced. The amount of product is easily adjustable.
Because the gravity feed cyclone is used, the run-of-the-mill coal is fed gravity through the cyclone without any pump. Thus, the fracture phenomenon, especially in soft coal, is reduced to a minimum level. Another feature is that the waste output is close to the coal feed inlet. This prevents the waste from moving too much in the cyclone, and the waste of the waste is prevented.
The system basically consists of 5 sections.
1. Coal supply unit
2. Preparation section
3. Main system machinery and equipment
4. Transport equipment
5. Structural equipment and components
Centrifuges
Centrifuges

It provides the most economical and technological solution for separating solid particles from liquids.

Dewatering centrifuges dissolve the solid-liquid mixture in large quantities, drawing moisture to a smaller level.
In centrifuges solid particles move on the sieve by the action of the basket tilt and vibration in the axial direction. Because the vibration velocity is limited by the structure of the centrifuge, the vibrating centrifuges operate with a centrifugal force of less than 120 g according to the rule. These features are used for vibrating centrifuges primarily to reduce the moisture content of coarse coal, salt and sand blends such as washed to an acceptable level.
Centrifuges are divided into 2 groups as vertical and horizontal centrifuges.

Filter Press
Filter Press

Filter presses are the oldest method of sludge dewatering. Thanks to their ability to remove cakes close to dry, their practical use, their automatic discharge mechanisms and their application to different processes, filter presses have become the most important equipment used in refining and mineral processing plants.
